Yes. Our Warwick academy is built for both emotional and physical safety. Classes are structured, instructors connect with every child, and we coach kids through challenges with support, never shame.
We offer Tiny Tigers (ages 4–5), Little Dragons (ages 6–7), and Kids Basics (ages 8–10). Each class blends mindset coaching, visualization, awareness training, emotional check-ins, and self-defense movement.
Most kids do best training 2–3 times per week. This keeps confidence growing, focus improving, habits forming, and skills progressing at a healthy pace.
Absolutely. Parents are welcome to observe a class, feel the energy, see the structure, and watch how instructors coach kids before scheduling your child’s first lesson.
Yes. Many of our strongest students started quiet. We teach kids how to believe in themselves, express with body language, and use their voice when they’re ready, so confidence grows naturally, not forcefully.
We train the brain through movement, awareness coaching, and memory-based learning. Kids learn how to focus on one task, follow expectations, control impulses, and solve challenges with optimism—skills that help school behavior and learning.
Kids practice habits like: making the bed, morning routines, homework after school, hydration, patience, responsibility, courage over fear, thoughtful decisions over impulses, and positive self-talk. Parents get tools to support those habits at home too.
Legacy Level 2+ students unlock Post-Class Support, where trained Legacy members help kids 1-on-1 after class bows out. They help students break through mental walls with motivation, care, and clarity.
Yes. Parents receive access to Win Trackers, guided questions, mindset tools, and our private Mastery Parents community, so emotional growth, social confidence, and habits continue improving at home.
The Intro Lesson is private, 1-on-1 with an instructor, the child, and the parent. Kids get coached through the Yes I Can mindset, try real skills, and parents get to see the encouragement, connection, and a small breakthrough moment on the mat.
