One thing I LOVE about Mastery is that it’s teaching my kids that π

Last night was not the first time this tough, karate girl failed her belt test. The first time was when she was testing for her Little Dragon Black Belt, so tough…β£

Both times, she did not deserve to earn her new rank. I have to admit, the first time was really tough, probably more on me and Rob (mom and dad) πβ£

This time, still tough, some tears at first but she listened to what she needed to improve, went right home, practiced her heart out and then showed up the next day to retake her entire test again with a fierce attitude of π ππ π πππ!β£

And ππππ! The second time she earned it! And the look of pride and self-confidence on her face was priceless πβ£

In a world of every kid getting a trophy, I’m forever grateful for ALL our Mastery families give to our kids. The core values, yes, such as failing forward, are those that will mold our littles into STRONG, CONFIDENT, HARD WORKING leaders!β£

Congratulations baby, we are just so proud of you! β€οΈπ Onto the next new goals!β£
